NOT SURE IF YOUR TECH CAN BE FIXED? GIVE THE CELL A CALL — (707) 338-7970.
Which one? Drop-off if you can bring the unit to us · Service call if you need us to come to you (big TVs, heavy vintage, in-wall setups).

If it has a signal, a screen, or a speaker cone, we've probably already fixed one like it. Real component-level repair — not a boxed exchange.
01Component-level diagnostics and repair for all LCD televisions and displays.
02Board-level repair for LED televisions of every size and brand.
03Diagnostics and repair for modern OLED televisions and displays.
04Repair and restoration for amplifiers and receivers of all kinds.
05General laptop diagnostics and repair — screens, boards, and more.
06Restoration and repair for vintage audio gear and electronics of all eras.

Diagnosis happens within 2–3 days of drop-off. Full restorations depend on the unit and parts sourcing — a straightforward recap can be a week or two, deeper rebuilds on rare vintage gear can run longer. You'll get a clear timeline on the estimate call before we start.
Vintage receivers, integrated amps, preamps, power amps, tube gear, turntables, reel-to-reel and cassette decks, tuners, equalizers, 8-tracks, speakers — plus modern LED/LCD/OLED/plasma TVs, laptops, and phones. Component-level repair down to the board. If you're unsure, call the cell and describe it.
Every unit must be dropped off in person. Once it's on the bench we open it up and test in the nature of the reported issue and check for related problems. Within 2–3 days you get a call with a full breakdown — parts, labor, total cost — before any work begins. No surprises.

Video & Audio Repair opened its doors in Petaluma in 1991 — back when "flat screen" wasn't a phrase yet. We're an independent maintenance company built around one idea: most broken electronics can be repaired at the component level, for a fraction of what a replacement costs.
Today that means everything from CRT and LCD panels to laptop and touch-screen displays, LED backlit monitors, and the OLED sets people are buying now. We serve private households, retail stores, and commercial accounts across Sonoma and Marin counties.
Opened our first shop on E Washington Street in Petaluma, CA.
Opened a second location on Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa, CA.
Still independent, still doing component-level repair, still taking weekend drop-offs.
Pulled straight from our customer reviews — the ones that keep us doing this for 34 years.
"Found this shop through a Google search for TV repair. He came out to my home and fixed my big screen on the spot — I didn't even have to load it into the trunk of my car. Awesome service!"
"When my stereo stopped working it broke my heart — it was a gift from my mom when I went away to college. A friend pointed me here and they got it running again for way less than buying something new."
"Great television repair shop in Santa Rosa. Good service, great value."
"Rashid is great and clearly knows his craft. He replaced the screen on my flat screen — I thought I'd have to buy a new TV, but got it repaired for way less. Thanks, Rashid!"
"This beats the service at Best Buy any day. Rashid fixed my TV just in time for the big game — I'll be telling my friends."
"Component-level repair, real technicians, fair pricing — this is what electronics repair is supposed to look like."
A service call is exactly what it sounds like: we drive out to your home, diagnose the unit on-site, and fix it right there whenever possible — no hauling a 75-inch TV into the trunk of your car, no lifting a vintage receiver down the stairs.
Ideal for large-screen TVs, wall-mounted sets, full stereo systems, and heavy vintage gear that shouldn't be moved.
